  • 2 x (14 fluid oz) cans sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 x (21 oz) can pie cherries
  • 1 x prepared crust - vanilla wafer, graham cracker, or possibly prebaked pastry shell

  1. Method:1. In a large bowl, beat the Large eggs well.
  2. In another bowl, mix together lowfat milk and lemon juice, and add in to the Large eggs. Stir in pie cherries. Pour filling into crust. Refrigeratefor 2 hrs, and serve.
  3. Makes 1 - 9 inch pie
  4. My son always wanted this pie for his "birthday cake".
