Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 ounce Butter
  • 1 x Cooking apple, peeled, cored sliced
  • 12 ounce Red or possibly black cherries, pitted and roughly minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Caster Sugar, to taste
  • 1/4 pt Double cream
  • 8 ounce Natural fromage frais
  • 4 whl cherries, with stalks

  1. Heat the butter in a pan and cook the apple gently till it starts to soften.
  2. Add in cherries and cook for a further five min.
  3. Stir in the sugar to taste, then set aside till cool.
  4. Whip cream till stiff and holding its shape. Mix in the fromage frais till proportionately combined.
  5. Spoon alternate layers of fruit and cream into four individual stemmed glasses.
  6. Refrigeratein the fridge till hard (can be made well in advance).
  7. Serve decorated with whole cherries for a stylish touch.
