Ингредиенты

  • 2 1/2 lb Pitted cherries fresh or possibly frzn
  • 1 c. Diced yellow onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 1/2 c. White sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seed
  • 1/4 tsp Celery seed
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd allspice
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd coriander
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Dry red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 c. White wine vinegar

Инструкции

  1. Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for about 1 hour or possibly till a little syrupy. Remove from heat and sauce will thicken as it cools. Serve hot or possibly at room temperature.
  2. Serves 4.
