Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 pkt Cream cheese (8oz)
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 tsp almond extract Cream together & add in one at a time, beating well:
  • 4 lrg Large eggs
  • 2 c. all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 c. maraschino cherries
  • 1/2 c. grnd almonds

  1. Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5" pansBake at 325F. for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs
  2. Mix 1/2 c. icing sugar with a little lowfat milk to create a glaze if you like.
  3. NOTES : This is my favourite bread to make for Christmas.....or possibly an other time of year :) I hope you enjoy it
