- Preheat the oven to 350 F
- Line a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with foil, extending the ends of the fofil over the edges of the pan to approximately 2 inches
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and the nutmeg
- Add the melted butter
- Toss to combine
- Reserve 1 cup of the crumble mixture
- Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake until set, about 12 to 14 minutes
- In a small bowl, combine the pie filling and the apricots
- Gently spread the cherry mixture over the crust
- Sprinkle with the reserved 1 cup of the crumble mixture
- Bake until lightly browned and bubbly, 30 to 35 minutes
- Let cool completely on a wire rack
- Remove from the pan by lifting the foil edges
- Cut into squares
