- Puree all ingredients in a blender, pour into a bowl and freeze until solid (2-3 hrs). Remove from the freezer and with a fork, break up the sorbet into large chunks. Transfer the chunks to a food processor or possibly blender and process until smooth and creamy. Return to the bowl and freeze for 30 more min. To serve, place a scoop into a sorbet glass or possibly onto a dessert dish and enjoy.
- This recipe can be used as anintermezzo or possibly as a dessert.
- Serves 4-6.
