  • 1 1/4 c. Pureed cherimoya
  • 1/2 c. Fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 1 tsp Honey

Инструкции

  1. Puree all ingredients in a blender, pour into a bowl and freeze until solid (2-3 hrs). Remove from the freezer and with a fork, break up the sorbet into large chunks. Transfer the chunks to a food processor or possibly blender and process until smooth and creamy. Return to the bowl and freeze for 30 more min. To serve, place a scoop into a sorbet glass or possibly onto a dessert dish and enjoy.
  2. This recipe can be used as anintermezzo or possibly as a dessert.
  3. Serves 4-6.
