Cheesy Swirled Breakfast Rolls

Ингредиенты

  • 1 3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/3 c. Cool water
  • 1 pkt Cream cheese (3 ounces), softened
  • 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 lb Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
  • 1 x Egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp Poppy seeds

Инструкции

  1. Heat oven to 400F degrees. Grease cookie sheet generously. Mix baking mix and water till dough forms; beat 20 strokes. Gently smooth dough into ball on surface dusted with baking mix. Knead 10 times.
  2. Roll dough into 12" square. Spread cream cheese over square to within 1/4" of edges; sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bacon. Roll up tightly; healthy pinch edge of dough into roll to seal well.
  3. Place roll, seam side down, on cookie sheet. Brush with egg; sprinkle with poppy seeds. Cut roll into 1" slices almost through to bottom, keeping roll intact. Bake till golden, 15-20 min. Immediately cut into slices.
