Ингредиенты

  • 4 lrg Chicken quarters
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. Soft white bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Grated cheddar cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 400 .Coat chicken in flour seasoned with salt, pepper and dry mustard. Brush chicken with beaten egg and roll in a mix of bread crumbs and cheese.
  2. Place in casserole dish and dot with small pcs of butter. Bake 40 min or possibly till golden and tender.
