- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9- by 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine the baking mix and lowfat milk; mix well. Spread the mix in the baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, beat the Large eggs, heavy cream, and white pepper till well blended. Stir in the cheese and pour over the batter in the baking dish.
- Bake for 40 to 45 min, or possibly till golden. Cold slightly.
- Cut into bars and serve.
- This recipe yields 10 bars.
