Рецепт Cheesy Bbq Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ингредиенты

1 lb potatoes, peeled 3 Tbsp. butter or possibly spread 1/2 tsp. garlic pwdr

1/4 c. bbq sauce 2 Tbsp. vinegar 1/2 c. sharp cheese, shredded

Инструкции

1. Cut potatoes and cook in boiling water till tender. Mix BBQ sauce with Vinegar.
2. Drain potatoes, and place in large bowl with butter or possibly spread and BBQ sauce mix. Mix to desired consistancy, then mix in garlic pwdr and cheese. Enjoy!
3. Other Options: Place potatoes in bakeware, sprinkle cheese on top and broil till cheese is browned and melted.
4. Add in egg and place in a warm pan for 2 min then flip and cook for an additonal 2 min.
