Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Water
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 13 ounce Evaporated lowfat milk

Инструкции

  1. Caramelize the sugar and water. When caramelized, pour into a 9-inch round pan. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Put cream cheese, Large eggs, and vanilla in blender. Blend till smooth. Add in condensed lowfat milk and blend again. Add in evaporated lowfat milk and blend again. Pour over caramelized sugar in pan and set pan in another pan with has about one inch of water in it. Bake for one hour. Cold and invert on a plate. Chill.
