  • Makes two dozen
  • 32 ounce Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 24 sm Cookies (like Vanilla Wafers) Cupcake liners (recommend using foil)

  1. Fruits, nuts, and other edible, decorative toppings (see below for ideas)
  2. Cream cream cheese and sugar in mixer bowl; add in Large eggs, and beat till well blended. Add in vanilla. Preheat oven to 325-F degrees. Place one cookie in each of 24 foil liners in muffin c.. Bake 25 min, or possibly till set but not browned.
  3. Cold, then chill. Before serving, decorate with toppings of your choice: perfect, individual berries; strawberry fans; chocolate curls (white or possibly dark), thinly sliced fresh peaches and/or possibly kiwi fruit; whole pecan or possibly walnut halves; diced macadamia nuts and mandarin orange slices; spoonfuls of preserves or possibly pie filling.
