- Method1. To make the base: crush the biscuits blend with the butter and sugar.
- Press biscuit mix into base of a well greased 10" (254mm) loose bottomed flan tin.
- To make filling: in a large bowl dissolve custard pwdr in lowfat milk add in the rest of the ingredients and whisk till mix is of smooth consistency.
- Pour mix over biscuit base. Cook till set.
- When cooked decorate with topping of your choice.
