Cheese Pizza Using Basic Bread Dough

Ингредиенты

1 pound shredded American and Cheddar cheese, combined
2 lg. onions, diced
2 large eggs

3/4 c. flour
2-3 T oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Инструкции

Use cheese softened at room temperature. Add in onions, large eggs, and flour. Mix well. Add in oil. Let set for 1 hour. Spread cheese mix on flattened, rounded dough. Leave 1/2 inch all around edges. Bake in 350 degree oven till bottom is slightly brown. Place under broiler till top bubbles and browns slightly.
