Cheese Noodles

Inspired by Paula Deen because who doesn't love cheese and noodles?

Ингредиенты

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ onion, diced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¾ tsp garlic salt
  • 12 oz. fine egg noodles, cooked
  • 1 cup Parmesan, grated
  • ½ lb. roast turkey or chicken, shredded-optional

  1. Cook the noodles according to their directions.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350. Mix together the cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, Worcestershire and garlic salt. Add the cooked noodles and place in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle the top with Parmesan and bake for 45 minutes. Serve over mashed potatoes, if you wish. (I wished.)
