1 (8 ounce) container cottage cheese
Sugar to taste
1 T lemon juice

1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Drain and pat cottage cheese till very dry. Add in remaining ingredients. Fill indentions of kolache. Sprinkle with streusel topping.
