1/2 pkg. pie crust sticks 1 med. onion, minced 2 T all-purpose flour 1 med. tomato, thinly sliced

8 slices bacon, crisply fried & crumbled 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese 2 c. shredded lettuce

Инструкции

1. Prepare pastry for 9 inch one crust pie as directed on package. Mix onion and flour; sprinkle in pastry lined pie plate. Top with tomato slices; sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Cover and chill no longer than 24 hrs. Bake uncovered in 400 degree oven about 25 min. To serve sprinkle with lettuce. Note: To serve immediately don't cover and chill.
