  • 2 tsp chopped sweet onion
  • 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. lowfat sour cream
  • 4 ounce dry beef, chopped
  • 1/3 c. stuffed green olives, minced

  1. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Chill for an hour to allow flavors to blend. Serve with crackers or possibly toast points.
  2. Chefs Notes: Use light cream cheese and lowfat sour cream.
