  • 8 x Russet potatoes, washed and sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 2 jar fat-free turkey gravy
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 pkt Sargento shredded colby cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Grnd thyme
  • 1 tsp Dry basil leaves

  1. PROCEDURE:1. In a medium sauce pan, over medium heat combine the gravy and lowfat sour cream. Add in the salt, pepper and herbs and heat through.
  2. Add in the potatoes and turn off the heat. Stir to mix thoroughly.
  3. Transfer to a casserole dish and arrange potatoes to look attractive.
  4. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 min.
  5. Uncover and continue baking, uncovered for approximately 20 min or possibly till golden on top. Allow to cold 10 min and serve with beef, pork or possibly poultry.
