6 ounce sharp Cheddar cheese, grated 6 ounce mild Cheddar cheese, grated 2 c. minced cooked ham 3 large eggs, beaten 2 c. skim lowfat milk

1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 teaspoon salt 4 shakes Tabasco sauce 6 slices bread without the crust

1. Line a casserole with the bread slices. Put together all remaining ingredients and pour over bread slices. Chill at least 12 hrs. Place in a cold oven and heat to 325 degrees and cook for 45 min Serves 8 to 10 people.
