1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 lg. apple, cut up 1/2 lg. pear, cut up 3/4 c. cubed Swiss cheese

1. In medium bowl, put together mayonnaise with mustard and lemon juice. Stir in apple, pear and cheese. Makes 2 salad servings.
