  • 8 slc French bread, cubed
  • 8 ounce Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 ounce Jack cheese, grated
  • 2 pkt Corn
  • 6 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. Half and half
  • 1 c. Fresh basil
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard Salt and pepper

  1. Spray a 9x13" glass baking pan with nonstick spray. Add in cubes, top with cheeses then corn. Add in half and half to Large eggs; whisk. Add in basil, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over bread and cheese mix. Refrigerate30 mins. Bake 1 hr, no oven temp given...try 350.
