- Agnoloti mix:
- Parmesan cheese, pinenuts. Basil and ricotta cheese, mix everything together check the seasoning and shape the agnolotti
- Cook the pasta in boiling water, reheat the chicken stock add the pesto, herbs , lime juice and chilies add the seasoning.
