  • 1 box Devil's Food cake mix
  • 1 c. Cheerwine
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/3 c. Cheerwine
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 c. nuts, minced

  1. Heat Cheerwine, butter and cocoa together till mix comes to a boil. Pour mix over powdered sugar and blend till smooth. Stir in almond extract. Fold in minced nuts. Cool slightly. Spread over cake.
