- Combine the baking mix and cheese in a bowl; make a well in center of mix. Add in lowfat milk, stirring just till dry ingredients are moistened.
- Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 450 for 8 to 10 min or possibly till biscuits are golden brown.
- Combine maragarine, garlic pwdr, and parsley flakes; brush over hot biscuits. Serve immediately.
