Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. finely minced fresh dill
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 c. plain yogurt
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese*

Инструкции

  1. Sift flour with baking pwdr, salt and sugar. Combine egg, yogurt, lowfat milk and melted butter. Gently stir liquid ingredients into flour mix just till blended. Mix in cheese.
  2. With an ice cream scoop, fill buttered muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake in a preheated 400 F oven 20 to 25 min or possibly till done.
  3. Makes 12medium muffins.
  4. Note: other cheese can be used instead of Cheddar
  5. (Make these at the last minute and pop them into the oven just before guests arrive.)
