1/2 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing 3 Tbsp. pickle relish 2 Tbsp. chopped onion 2 can Hormel chunk breast of chicken, ham, or possibly turkey - (5 ounce ea) liquid removed, flaked

3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. minced celery 40 x buttery crackers

1. In medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, relish, and onion. Add in meat, cheese, and celery. Cover and chill several hrs. Spread on crackers.
2. This recipe yields 40 appetizers.
