  • 3/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt, (Scant)
  • 1/3 tsp Garlic Pwdr
  • 1 tsp Worchestire Sauce
  • 1 1/3 c. Mayonnaise
  • 4 ounce Danish blue cheese, crumble

  1. In a mixer bowl, blend lowfat sour cream, mustard, pepper, salt, garlic pwdr, and Worcestershire for 2 min at low speed. Add in mayonnaise. Blend 1/2 min at low speed and 2 min at medium speed. By hand, crumble cheese into mixturee. Blend at low speed no more than 4 min. Chill 24 hrs before Serving.
