- Heat oil in a large skillet or possibly wok. Saute/fry the scallions and garlic for 2 min till softened and tender. Add in mushrooms and cook for 4 to 5 min more. Add in chard; cover and cook over low heat for about 5 min, till chard is tender but still crisp. Fold in mustard and heat for 1 to 2 min more. Stir and serve immediately.
- Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
