  • 2/3 c. Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Brandy
  • 1 tsp Grans Marnier
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream

Инструкции

  1. Refigerate mixing bowl and beaters till well chilled; at least 30 min.
  2. Combine cream, vanilla, brandy and Grand Marnier in the chilled bowl and beat with electric mixer on medium speed for 1 minute. Add in sugar and lowfat sour cream and beat on medium just till soft peaks form, about 3 min. Don't over-beat.
