  • 1 c. Dry mustard
  • 1/4 c. Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 6 ounce Flat champagne
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice

  1. Place all ingredients in blender or possibly food processor and mix till smooth. Stop frequently to scrape down the sides of the work bowl.
  2. Transfer to a jar with tight-fitting lid. Age in a cold dark place 3 to 4 months then chill.
  3. A very "giftable" mustard. I recommend aging this 3 to 4 months for a more delicate flavor.
  4. Makes 2 tb per "serving"
