- Combine sugar and boiling water, stirring till sugar dissolves. Cold.
- Combine bananas and peaches in blender and process till smooth. Combine sugar syrup, banana mix, orange juice and lemonade concentrate and pineapple juice in large freezer container and freeze till hard. To serve, partially thaw frzn mix and put in punch bowl, breaking the mix into chunks. Add in champagne and stir gently till slushy.
- Yield: about 6quarts.
