I used Girard's Champagne Salad Dressing for this recipe,but any Champagne dressing is a fine substitute!

  • 1 head red leaf lettuce
  • ½ red onion - sliced
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1 cup black olives
  • ½ cup sliced baby carrots - sliced
  • ½ red bell pepper – sliced
