  • 3 c. coarsely-minced ripe cantaloupe
  • 3 c. coarsely-minced ripe honeydew
  • 2 c. fresh orange juice
  • 1/3 c. fresh lime juice
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 c. dry champagne
  • 1 c. whipping cream whipped Fresh mint leaves Chilled bowls

Инструкции

  1. Finely chop 1 1/2 c. each of the honeydew and cantaloupe. Set aside.
  2. Place the remaining coarsely minced melons in a blender or possibly processor with the orange juice, lime juice and honey. Puree or possibly process till smooth. A few seconds should do it. Pour into a large bowl. Stir in the champagne and the reserved, finely minced melons. Cover and chill till ready to serve.
  3. Pour into chilled bowls and garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprig of mint.
