Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 lb Cepes or possibly porcini mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp. Duck fat
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 x Lemon, and zest , Juice of
  • 4 Tbsp. Parsley, minced Salt and pepper

Инструкции

  1. Slice cepes into 3/4 inch thick slices. Heat duck fat in a 12inch saute/fry pan till smoking. Add in cepes and cook till light golden, about 4 to 5 min. Add in garlic and cook 1 minute. Add in lemon juice and zest, parsley and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
  2. Yield: 6 servings
