Ингредиенты

  • 2 x celeriac, grated thin
  • 2 x carrots, grated thin
  • 2 x heads Savoy cabbage, minced fine
  • 2 x red onions, sliced thin
  • 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. sugar Saffron Mayonnaise
  • 6 x egg yolks
  • 2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 pch saffron, crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 c. canola oil

Инструкции

  1. To make dressing: Whisk yolks with mustard in bowl. Stir in salt, pepper, saffron, and lemon juice.
  2. Slowly drizzle in canola oil till thick and creamy consistency.
  3. To make slaw: Toss celeriac, carrot, cabbage, and red onion with red vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
  4. Mix slaw with saffron mayonnaise to taste. (optional: regular mayonnaise)
  5. Serves a crowd.
