  • 1 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 6 x bay leaves
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper

  1. Mix all ingredients and bring to a rolling boil. Cover and let mix cold completely. Use this with any recipe which calls for a basting sauce.
  2. This recipe yields about 1 qt.
