- Cut the cauliflower into small florets. Steam the florets till they are still hard and crunchy, but lose the raw taste: about 3-4 min. Run under cold water to stop cooking, then drain.
- Chop the florets coarsely. Add in the other vegetables and sufficient of the Creamy Dill Dressing to coat.
