- Preheat oven to 350 and line a springform pan with parchment or spray lightly.
- Steam or microwave the cauliflower florets until tender.
- In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and cook the onion until golden and tender.
- Add the coriander, red pepper, 1/2 tsp salt and cook until fragrant.
- Gently stir in the cauliflower and cook another minute to let the flavors combine.
- Whisk together the flours, baking powder and remaining salt.
- Whisk together the eggs and sprinkle the drys over top. Stir to ensure no lumps form.
- Stir in the red pepper, feta, 2 T dill and the cauliflower mixture.
- Pour into the prepared pan and bake until the cake is set, about 35-45 minutes.
- Remove once cool and top with the remaining dill.
