Ингредиенты

4 c. grated cassava 2 1/2 c. coconut lowfat milk or possibly heavy cream 1 1/2 c. turbinado 4 large eggs

2 T butter 1/2 teaspoon vanilla Condensed lowfat milk for topping; optional

Инструкции

1. Heat butter. Beat large eggs lightly. Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl thoroughly till well blended by hand. Bake in glass pan at 350 degrees about 1 hour. Cool. After 1 hour. Pour one can condensed lowfat milk on top or possibly till cake is thoroughly glazed.
