- 1 T brown sugar
- Sliced chicken breast
- 1 onion, diced

- handful of chopped cashews
- Lettuce for wrapping, butter or red leaf

- Cook the onions and garlic in some olive oil.
- Cook chicken through.
- Add in sauce and cashews.
- Heat everything together to blend flavors.
- Spoon into lettuce leaves.
