- Heat a frying pan and add in the carrots and butter or possibly oil. Saute/fry till they just begin to brown. Add in the vermouth and simmer for 5 min, uncovered. Stir them often. Check for salt and pepper. Little should be needed. Garnish with the minced parsley.
