Рецепт Carrots in Beer
Doesn’t beer make everything better? This recipe pairs nicely with German dishes and is perfect to bring to an Oktoberfest party.
- 4 large Carrots
- 1 cup Dark beer (I recommend Hofbräu Dunkel)
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Butter
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Peel and slice carrots into long, thin slices. Melt the butter in a medium−size skillet; add beer and carrots. Cook over medium heat until tender, stirring frequently. Stir in salt and sugar. Cook for another 2 minutes and serve.
