Рецепт Carrot Salad
Some things were always on my grandmother's dinner table, a relish plate, mashed potatoes, spinach, a well-done piece of meat, and carrot salad. At that time, I wasn't wild about carrot salad, so I didn't bother to learn how she fixed it. I don't know if this is inspired by her salad or the ones I see at the deli counter.
Ingredients
- 2 c. shredded carrots
- 1/3 c. raisins
- 1 apple, peeled, cored, & diced
- 8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
- 2/3 c. light mayo
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Chill a few hours before serving to let flavors blend.
