  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 2 c. confectioners' sugar, sifted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c. coconut, grated
  • 1/2 c. minced pecans

Инструкции

  1. While at room temperature, blend together butter and cream cheese. Slowly blend in confectioners sugar; add in vanilla., coconuta and peacans.
  2. Mixixing well. Frost the cake.
