Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 x Chili pepper - Habanero, seeded and minced
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 4 x Scallion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. Carrot, chopped
  • 1 lrg Tomato, seeded and minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Cilantro, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 1 pch Salt

Инструкции

  1. Combine and chop together all ingredients, salsa texture should be coarse.
  2. If using a processsor, process chili and garlic, then add in other ingredients and mix together briefly. Don't over process.
  3. Makes 1 1/2 c..
  4. NOTE: Use a whole habanero if you love it fiery warm. Other less incendiary chilis can be substituted.
