  • 3 c. Whole-wheat flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 3/4 c. Unsweetened applesauce
  • 3/4 c. Honey
  • 2 tsp Vanilla,1 ts if Watkins
  • 3/4 c. Unsweetened carob chips
  • 1/2 c. Minced nuts,or possibly sunflower seeds (optional)

Инструкции

  1. In a large bowl, mix together flour and baking soda. In a separate bowl, compine applesauce, honey and vanilla. Add in dry ingredients to liquid ingredients. Add in carob chips and nuts (if you like) and mix well.
  2. Drop cookie dough by teaspoonfuls onto a non-stick or possibly lightly oiled cookie sheet. Flatten dough with fork. Bake at 350 for 13 min.
  3. Makes 48cookies.
