- We are Mexican. We cooked Carne Polaca. It is good food for the Mexican. We used a lot of pork in Mexico because it is economical. - Boil pork in water one hour with 4 cloves smashed and one onion minced.
- Heat skillet three hundred fifty degrees.
- Shred the meat.
- Blend the chili chipotle, garlic ,cumin ,black pepper and cloves.
- Mince the cabbage and onions.
- Place the cabbage in a bowl of water.
- Drain the cabbage.
- Cook the onion in the oil 5 min and fry the cabbage 5 min.
- Add in the salt and pepper.
- Add in the meat place the chipotle and one c. of ketchup in the blender and blend till smooth.
- Put the cumin, cloves, black pepper, salt, chile chipotle, garlic, and ketchup into the skillet . Add in three c. of salsa
- Cook 5 min then eat and enjoy.
