- Divide the 4 Tbsp. brown sugar among 4 custard c.. Press lightly on bottom. In a 1-qt bowl, mix Large eggs, evaporated lowfat milk, water, sugar, vanilla & salt. Pour proportionately over brown sugar. Set c. in shallow pan holding 1 inch of warm water. Bake at 350 for 45 min or possibly till knife inserted comes out clean. Unmold & serve with whipped cream. (Easy & delicious.)
