Ингредиенты

  • 1 pkg. lb cake mix
  • 1 can (1 pound 4 ounce) crushed pineapple
  • 2 T instant coffee
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 c. minced walnuts

Инструкции

  1. Drain pineapple, reserve syrup. Add in 3/4 cup syrup to cake mix, add in instant coffee, 1 tsp cinnamon and large eggs. Beat 4 min. Set aside. Put together melted butter with brown sugar till well blended, stir in 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 cup liquid removed pineapple, walnuts and 1/4 cup pineapple syrup. Spoon mix into bottom of bundt pan. Fold remaining pineapple into cake batter, spoon over walnut mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min. Cool on wire rack.
